General Information

We have possibly the best potable water in the area. Our water is particle filtered, chlorinated, sediment and carbon filtered, and finally UV treated.  

With no restaurant or bar on the premises (but many close by), privacy and tranquility are guaranteed.

The premises consists of six areas, the docks, a "ranchito", the "rancho", the work shop (accessible to all boaters), the community kitchen and grills, and the gardens.  Both the ranchito and the rancho are comfortable places to be off board.  Beer and soft drinks are availabale on an honor system.

Shore Power

We are the only marina on the Río Dulce able to guarantee uninterrupted 50 and 30 amp power supply to all boats, no matter what their energy draw, during grid power failure (quite often in the tropics), with our over-dimensioned diesel back up power plant.  The electrical system has been designed, and is maintained, to US standards.
